it used to be when we were on the cusp of a home improvement project, we would dread going into our nearby home depot in fear that we would have to go to the employee lounge area to find anyone that could help us. but as of yesterday, our opinions about them drastically changed forever (or at least until our next project). we were enthusiastically greeted by probably 5 people right when walked in the door & asked if we were "finding everything ok" by about 10 others throughout our visit. (the c.e.o. of the company had to have been there doing evaluations or something)but for today, home depot, we want to give you a hand for our uplifting experience we had in your store yesterday.
our home improvement is off to a great start because of your tireless employees. thank you. we'll be back.

That's funny. Jose LOVES Home Depot. Maybe I ought to give it a try!
Our last trip to Home Depot wasn't very positive. Perhaps I should try the one near your house. Or just wait until the "important" people are visiting. :)
